Cambridge-Lee Industries entered the copper tube industry in 1955 as a small distributor serving the U.S. plumbing market. Since then they have evolved into one of the worlds largest distributors of copper with sales offices in every corner of the globe. In 1996, Cambridge-Lee purchased Reading Tube Corporation, a major U.S. producer of copper tube. As a result of the acquisition, Cambridge-Lee has become one of the worlds leaders in the manufacture and distribution of copper tube for water supply, air conditioning, refrigeration and a variety of commercial applications.

Cambridge-Lee Industries manufactures a full range of copper plumbing tube suitable for water service and distribution, fire protection, solar, drainage, and fuel oil and gas distribution. Plumbing tube is available in hard drawn or annealed conditions. HVAC and Refrigeration
Cambridge-Lee Industries manufactures a full range of copper tube in soft coils and hard drawn straight lengths. Our refrigeration coils and ACR tube are dehydrated, cleaned and capped (degreased) to ensure tube reaches customers in a pure, defect-free state. In addition, our ACR tube is nitrogen charged. ACR tube is also suitable for medical gas systems according to ASTM B-280, B-819. Type K cleaned and capped (degreased) is often specified for medical gas systems as well and is available from Cambridge-Lee Industries.
